Our Guarantee
We guarantee that you will receive a living tree that will flourish with proper site selection, planting method and follow up care. We do however realize that we are working with a living product so, in some circumstances, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion, on your tree. Our guarantee will cover not more than 1 year from purchase date, on any tree, at our discretion.
We will cover
- Tree's that never bud or leaf out
- Tree’s that are in unhealthy condition
We will not cover
- Not planting your tree on time
- Improper site selection such as: Zone, Soil type, Moisture content, Sun or shade placement
- Improper care such as: Over/under watering, Animal/rodents, Fertilizers, Pruning, Lawn/field maintenance
- Problems due to abnormal weather
- Problems due to poor planting methods

Minnesota Wholesale Trees will respond within 2 weeks of claim. If the product is determined unhealthy a claim must be reported within 5 days of the delivery. If the product does not bud or leaf a claim must be reported by June 30th of year delivered. The customer is responsible to ship or deliver the product in question to:

Once the product is returned, replacement product will be selected and scheduled for pick up, if no produce is available a credit will be issued. If out of season the product will be ready the following season. This will be in the discretion of Minnesota Wholesale Trees. Minnesota Wholesale Trees guarantees the tree only. Minnesota Wholesale Trees is not responsible, does not guarantee, costs for delivery or planting of any warranted tree.
